Eight interactive games for children with autism — built for landscape, designed for focus, and packed with colour and play.
About
ThinkiTiles is a landscape-first game app created for children on the autism spectrum. Every game is designed to be visually clear, responsive, and rewarding — helping kids build real cognitive and motor skills through play.
Bold colours, large touch targets, and immediate visual feedback reduce frustration and keep kids engaged and confident.
Every screen is designed for wide landscape orientation — the natural viewing angle for children using tablets and held phones.
Five difficulty levels per game let children grow at their own pace — from beginner to expert, with clear visual cues at every step.
Positive audio cues for correct answers, gentle nudges for mistakes. Soothing background music keeps the experience calm and fun.
Completely free. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ad banners interrupting play. Just the games.
Built with React Native and Expo. Runs smoothly on iPhones, Android phones, and tablets of all sizes.
Games
Every game targets a different skill — from working memory and logical sorting to fine motor drawing and sensory regulation. Kids can explore freely or follow structured levels.
Flip cards and find matching pairs. Six categories, five difficulty levels from 3 pairs up to 8 pairs in a 4×4 grid.
Tap an item and drop it into the right bin. Sort animals, vehicles, food, and more across five levels of increasing challenge.
Tap an item on the left, then tap its matching pair on the right. Pulsing animations and directional arrows guide each tap.
Place missing emoji tiles back into the right slots on a 3×3 scene grid. Starts simple and grows to 5 missing pieces.
Pick a piece from the tray and tap the empty slot where it belongs. Full-grid jigsaw puzzles with five size levels.
Colour in outlined animals and vehicles using a palette of colours. Strokes stay inside the silhouette via SVG clip paths.
Three mini-games: Bubble Pop (find the matching emoji), Colour Mix (blend primary colours), and Rhythm Tap (repeat the beat sequence).
A curated library of twelve real-world learning activities — from Bubble Counting and Animal Walks to Calm Breathing and Rhyme Time.
How It Works
ThinkiTiles is designed so any child can pick it up and play immediately — no reading required to get started.
The home screen shows all eight games as colourful tiles. Tap any one to jump straight in.
Each game has themed categories — Animals, Vehicles, Food, Space, and more. Swipe the carousel to browse.
Five difficulty levels from Beginner to Expert. The app remembers nothing — every session is fresh and pressure-free.
Win a level and the next one starts automatically. Stars, animations, and sound celebrate every success.
