Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Spectrum Explorer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReyApps ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of Spectrum Explorer.

Your continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Section 02

Description of Service

Spectrum Explorer is a free mobile application that helps families locate autism-friendly places including parks, sensory-friendly venues, ABA therapy centers, adaptive activity providers, and inclusive events across the United States.

The App provides:

• A curated, searchable database of autism-friendly places organized by city and state
• Sensory ratings (noise level, crowd level) and accessibility information for listed venues
• Map-based browsing powered by Apple Maps
• Location-based discovery to surface relevant places near the user
• Accessibility settings including high-contrast mode and larger text

The App is not a medical service, therapy referral service, or emergency resource. It does not provide clinical recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment plans.

Section 03

Eligibility

Spectrum Explorer is intended for use by parents, caregivers, and individuals seeking autism-friendly locations. There is no minimum age requirement to use the App itself, but users under the age of 13 should use it only under adult supervision.

By using the App, you represent that:

• You are using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You will not use the App on behalf of any third party in a way that violates these Terms
• If you are downloading the App on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf

Section 04

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Spectrum Explorer only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to collect, harvest, or aggregate data about other users or listed venues for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, its servers, or related systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its availability to others
• Misrepresent the App or its content to others
• Use the App for any commercial resale or redistribution purpose without prior written consent from ReyApps

Section 05

Place Listings & Content Accuracy

Place listings in Spectrum Explorer are provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to verify and maintain the accuracy of listing data, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or accurate at the time of your visit.

In particular:

• Business hours, addresses, phone numbers, and services may change without notice
• Sensory ratings and accessibility information are based on available data and community input — they are not official certifications
• ABA therapy center listings do not imply endorsement, certification review, or recommendation by ReyApps
• Inclusion in the App does not constitute a partnership, affiliation, or referral relationship with any listed venue

We encourage you to contact venues directly to confirm current information before visiting, especially for therapy-related appointments.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and text within Spectrum Explorer are the property of ReyApps or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App or its content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Spectrum Explorer name, logo, or branding without prior written permission from ReyApps

Section 07

Disclaimer of Warranties

Spectrum Explorer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ReyApps does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any defects in the App will be corrected
• Place listings are endorsed or verified by any government, health authority, or autism organization

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReyApps and its owner, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on any place listing, rating, or information in the App
• Loss of data or device damage resulting from App use
• Any experience at a venue discovered through the App
• Interruption or cessation of the App or any service it depends on

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since Spectrum Explorer is free, this amount is zero (USD $0.00).

Section 09

Third-Party Services

Spectrum Explorer integrates with or relies on the following third-party services:

• Apple Maps — used for interactive map display and turn-by-turn directions. Subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• OpenStreetMap — place data sourced in part from the OpenStreetMap database, used under the Open Database License (ODbL).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution platforms with their own terms that apply to your download and installation.

ReyApps is not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of any third-party service. Links or integrations do not constitute an endorsement of those services.

Section 10

Changes to the App & Terms

ReyApps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Spectrum Explorer (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 11

Termination

You may stop using Spectrum Explorer at any time by deleting the App from your device. No account exists, so no additional steps are required.

ReyApps reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms, engages in misuse, or whose continued access would be detrimental to other users or to the integrity of the App.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas. By using the App, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
